Coronavirus –

Coronaviruses are a large group of viruses that can infect both animals and humans.

Common signs of infection include respiratory symptoms, fever, cough, shortness of breath and breathing difficulties. In more severe cases, infection can cause pneumonia, severe acute respiratory syndrome, kidney failure and even death.

Coronaviruses (CoV) are a large family of viruses that cause illness ranging from the common cold.
Standard recommendations to prevent infection spread include –

  • Regular hand washing,
  • Covering mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing.
  • Avoid meat and eggs.
  • Avoid close contact with anyone showing symptoms of respiratory illness such as coughing and sneezing.

What Are Symptoms –

Fiver, tiredness, cough, breathing difficulties, and muscle pain.

Coronavirus Safety Tips –

  • Maintain at least 1 meter (3 feet) distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing.
  • Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth because hands touches many surface so hands can transfer the virus to your nose, eyes, and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • This means covering your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze. (Then dispose of the used tissue.)
  • Always cover your mouth, nose with mask to avoid dirt or any infected people disease.
  • If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention and call in advance.
  • Avoid outside chicken, meat or any kind of food
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Practice other good health habits. Get plenty of sleep, be physically active do yoga and meditation (in yoga do kapalbhati, anulom vilom), manage your stress, and take sun bath.
  • Yog Guru Ramdev said people should do pranayama – deep breathing, kapalabhati and anulom vilom to increase immunity.
  • Eating a tablespoon of Chywanprash daily enhances immunity.
  • Amla, neem, giloy and tulasi can be helpful in strengthening the immune system.
  • Eat a piece of fresh ginger or drink ginger, black pepper, cloves black tea.
  • Drink juices and eat nutritious food.
